Cali graduated at the top of her class at Haldane High School in Cold Spring, NY. She then went on to become the first freshman on the Boston University Women’s Soccer Team to earn a 4.0 GPA in-season. Later, she transferred to Marist College and graduated summa cum laude with a degree in Psychology.
Cali began tutoring in 2015 and fell in love with helping students find joy and excitement in learning. She has worked with students in a variety of subjects (mathematics, foreign language, etc.) and prides herself on her ability to help students learn better organizational and study skills.
Cali has also been a soccer/goalkeeping coach since 2015 and has learned so much about how to interact with children and young adults through her coaching career. She enjoys the challenge of helping students and athletes grow and reach their potential with the goal of always creating a fun and motivating learning environment.
On the side, Cali is a professional obstacle course racing athlete. Her training and racing continues to teach her so much about discipline and belief in the process as it pertains to reaching goals. These lessons often carry over to the tutoring she does with her students and continue to provide her with insight on how to be the best teacher/mentor she can be.
She is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and coaches athletes via her training business, CS4 Training. Helping others find fun and fulfillment in the process of pursuing goals is one of Cali’s biggest passions, whether those goals are on the physical side or are more academic in nature!
